3. Orders & Payments
Tesells currently accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Tesells reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

Incomplete or incorrect customer information
If an order is cancelled by Tesells after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
4. Shipping & Delivery
At present, Tesells ships only within Karnataka, India.
Most orders are delivered within 0–7 business days. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 15 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tesells is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners after dispatch.
5. Returns & Refunds
Tesells currently does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
